ARC Education Series

Boosting Our Immune System

Join us for a special ARC Support Group on the last Wednesday of each month.

This evening will focus on a subject related to anxiety, and give the group an opportunity to explore what it means to them.

January’s topic is on how we can keep our immune system boosted during the winter months.

May shares her own bout with a personal winter where she felt overwhelmed and out of sorts and “out of sync with everyday life.”Join us as we read how she got through this tough time “doing unfashionable things – slowing down, letting your spare time expand, getting enough sleep, resting.”
